For our parents · हमारे माता-पिता के लिए
The internet, one phone call away.
बस एक फ़ोन कॉल, बाकी मेरु कर देगा।
Trains, doctors, orders, reminders. Your parents just ask. No app. No smartphone. Any phone.
Papa won't ask for help.
Mummy forwards the scary WhatsApp message instead of asking if it's true.
And you can't call at 11 a.m. every day.

What Meru is doing
How it works
Save one number. That’s the whole setup.
Step 1
Call
Any phone works, even the one from 2009. Save one number, that's the whole setup.
Step 2
Ask
Hindi, English, or both mixed together. Just talk the way you always do.
Step 3
Done
Meru finds it, books it, reminds them. The family gets a WhatsApp summary.
What it can do
One number. A hundred errands.
Trains & travel
“Is the Rajdhani on time?”
Live train status, PNR checks, timings, all answered on the call.
Doctor appointments
“Book Dr. Mehta for Tuesday.”
Meru calls the clinic, books the slot, and reminds them to go.
Orders & recharges
“Mera phone recharge kar do.”
Recharges, groceries, medicines, all ordered with their say-so.
Automatic reminders
“Shaam ki dawa yaad dila dena.”
Medicines, bills, appointments, birthdays. Meru calls at the right time, every time. Set once, never forgotten.
Remembers everything
“Wahi wala doctor, wahi waali dukaan.”
Meru knows their doctors, their usual store, how they take their chai. Every call picks up where the last one left off. No repeating, no forms, no profile setup.
News & fact-check
“Is this forward true?”
They read the scary message aloud; Meru checks it against real sources and says clearly: true or false.
Daily check-in calls
A friendly voice, every day.
Meru calls to check in, then tells the family all is well.
For sons & daughters
You can’t call at 11 a.m. every day. Meru can.
Proactive check-in calls, on the rhythm you set.
A WhatsApp summary after every call: what they asked, what got done.
An alert the moment something feels off.
They keep their independence. You keep your peace of mind.

Why now

people on Earth will be 60 or older by 2030. By 2050, that’s 2.1 billion people.
1 in 5

Questions & trust
The things families ask us.
Does it need a smartphone?
No. Meru works on any phone that can make a call: a basic keypad phone, a landline, anything. There is nothing to install and nothing to learn.
Which languages does it speak?
Hindi, English, and the natural mix of both that most of us actually speak. Your parents talk exactly the way they always do.
Are calls recorded? What about privacy?
Calls are processed to get the task done and to send the family summary you asked for. We never sell data, and you control what the family sees. Full details in our privacy policy.
What will Meru not do?
It won't give medical advice. It books doctors and reminds about medicines, but health questions go to a real doctor. And it never spends money without your parent's clear confirmation on the call.
What if it can't handle something?
If a request needs a human, Meru says so honestly and can loop in a family member, with no dead ends and no pretending.
How do family updates work?
After each call, the family group gets a short WhatsApp summary: what was asked, what got done, anything to know. You choose who's in the group and how often you hear from us.
